When you set your preferences in Dreamweaver to encourage use of accessibility options, a pop up box will appear when you are inserting objects or form elements.

To set your preferences, go to Edit—Preferences, and check off the boxes for images and forms objects

In the control panel, the navigation or tabs for the preference panels are on the left.

Insert—Image

There are three fields in this control panel. The first is the location of the image, the second is the alt text, and the third is for a long description file location.

Insert– Table

The table panel is very complex and lets you include captions and summary.

Insert-Form-Text field

The input control panel lets you specify the label tag, access key and tab index.
